Official Rules: Beer Pong

1. Setup. Ten cups per side in a triangle, each about a third full.
2. First shot. Eye to eye. First make shoots first.
3. Turns. Each team shoots both balls.
4. Elbows. Behind the edge of the table until the ball is released.
5. A make. The defending team drinks the cup and removes it.
6. Bounce shot. That cup plus one more. Once it hits the table, it may be swatted.
7. Both teammates make it. Balls back.
8. Both balls, same cup. That cup plus two more.
9. Re-racks. Two per game. The last cup moves to the center automatically.
10. Redemption. Always. Shoot until you miss.
11. The losing team finishes the winners' remaining cups, then racks the next game.

House rules must be declared before the first shot. Undeclared rules are not rules.
