Official Rules: Horse Race
- The horses. Four aces, face up, side by side at the gate.
- The track. Seven cards face down in a line beside them.
- Bets. Everyone bets drinks on a suit, out loud. Final at "they're off."
- The race. The announcer turns cards from the deck. That suit's horse moves up one.
- Call it. The announcer calls the race, out loud, like an announcer.
- Falter. When the first horse reaches a track card, turn it. That suit's horse moves back one.
- The finish. First horse past the last track card wins.
- Pay out. Backed the winner? Give out double your bet. Everyone else drinks their bet.
